PRODUCT WARRANTY - all of our goods are covered by the manufacturers warranty. This entitles customers to repair of goods that are faulty. The first year of warranty is free but subsequent years can be covered at very reasonable rates

NETMASTER DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR SERVICE - We have a team of engineers ready to diagnose and repair equipment at your premises or back at our workshop. In order to facilitate speedy maintenance we keep a stock of most of the parts used in the equipment we sell and have cultivated our relationships with suppliers in order to ensure fast delivery.

ON SITE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS - for those who prefer a fixed cost for their maintenance we can arrange maintenace agreements to cover them for on site repairs and replacement machines if we cannot fix the equipment immediately.

ON SITE ENGINEERS - for those who would like to take advantage of our engineers expertise for in house management and housekeeping of their systems we can arrange for packs of support hours to be used as and when the client needs them.
